The Thesis aims to: Design, develop and base a humanistic methodological strategies program based on Rogers' theory. The research is of theoretical-propositive type. The population and sample were made up of 31 students and 10 teachers from the Professional School of Languages-UNSM-T. To measure interpersonal relationships, the Likert-Type attitude scale was applied. The results of interpersonal relationships according to teachers (Table 8) were: "very good" 10%, "good" 60%, "regular" 20% and "bad" 10%. On the other hand, the students (Table 23) say: “very good” 9.7%, “good” 41.9%, “regular” 41.9% and “bad” 3.2%. These results coincide in terms of "very good" in lower proportion. The most prominent discrepancy is observed in the "bad" level, teachers have a pessimistic appreciation of students (10% teachers, 3.2% students); the opposite happens at the level of "good" and "regular"; 60% of teachers rate it as "good" while students 41.9%. It is significant that students rate the performance of teachers as "regular." The study coincides with what was affirmed by (Casasus et al. 2000) in that respect there is a direct relationship between a positive classroom climate and academic performance and effective learning. In conclusion, interpersonal relationships show inadequate levels, being it in the range of "regular" which are expressed in conflicts between students and teachers; added to it, the low expectations of teachers towards their students. Therefore, the application of the humanistic methodological strategy proposed in this study is pertinent.
