The research developed in the urbanization Los Jardines, city of Moyobamba in 2017, states that the treatment by aquatic phytoremediation with Lemna spp and Eichornia spp considerably reduces the concentration of LAS generated by detergents, in this sense the objective was to evaluate the capacity purification of Lemna spp and Eichornia spp. at pilot level, obtaining good results in removal efficiency. The evaluation of artificial wetlands with aquatic macrophytes was carried out for three months, taking initial and final samples. Regarding the characterization of domestic wastewater from the urbanization gardens, the results show an 8.7mg / L of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate as initial concentration and the post-treatment concentrations are: 4, 450 mg / L on average for T0 ; 0.833mg / L on average for T1; 0.690 mg / L on average for T2; 0.547 on average for T3. The experimental results show that the most efficient treatment for the removal of LAS is T3 (Lemna spp and Eichornia spp), treatment where both species act, reaching 93.715% efficiency, followed by treatment 2 with 92.184%. The indicators of turbidity, total solids in suspension, biochemical oxygen demand were removed in percentages greater than 90%, considered an efficient result for these parameters. When comparing the final results with the initial results, it is shown that there is a removal of the linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and the other parameters studied. Finally, the performance in the treatment of domestic wastewater with artificial wetlands using the species Eichornia spp. And Lemna spp. Is a low maintenance system and complies with the maximum permissible limits established by the Ministry of the Environment to avoid environmental contamination, so Both the results obtained conclude that efficiency exists in research.
