The research entitled: Influence of public investment in the economic growth of the San Martín region, period 2010-2019, aimed to analyze the influence of public investment in the economic growth of the San Martín region, period 2010-2019, in Regarding the research methodology, it was applied type, explanatory level, non-experimental design of longitudinal cut and deductive-inductive method, the population and sample was the Regional Government of San Martín and 87 provincial and district municipalities, the collection technique The data used was the documentary analysis, whose instrument was the document analysis guide, the main results were that public investment in the San Martín region, period 2010-2019, is significant, with a growth rate of 10.75%, and Regarding economic growth, it presented an average rate of 8.08%, taking into account the highest growth rate in the 2012 period (16.53%). Concluding that; Through the Econometric Model used between public investment and economic growth (in logarithmic terms), it showed that there is a positive influence of public investment on the economic growth of the San Martín region, period 2010-2019, stating that, if public investment varies at 1%, economic growth does so at 0.74%. Likewise, according to the determination coefficient (𝑅�2 = 0.9682), 96.82% affects public investment in regional economic growth, indicating that greater public investment will increase economic growth.
