This research was carried out based on its stated objectives. In the methodological part, a sample of 101 community members was determined using the finite population formula, with a non-experimental design, descriptive level, to whom the questionnaire was applied as an instrument. Basic statistics were used, with circular diagrams or bars representing percentage values. Regarding the results, knowledge, sociocultural customs in relation to water were identified, referring to water treatment at home, use, responsible care, and storage practices. This indicates that 57% of the community members agree with making their drinking water potable. The sociocultural aspect has been altered, especially among young people, by new technologies and other aspects of globalization. It was concluded that the community with 43% is the most efficient compared to the agriculture sector with 30% and housing management sector with 27% efficiency. They have leaders who commit the entire community and they indicate that they are available for any help from the state and organizations in order to improve their water resource management, since water management has a regular level of efficiency.
