The research entitled: "Participatory strategies in parents for the achievement of learning in fifth grade students of IE N° 11010, Chiclayo", aimed to develop parental participatory strategies in the learning achievement of fifth grade students. The research was applied, applicative, with a pre-experimental design, with a sample of 23 schoolchildren of the fifth grade "D" of the primary level. Likewise, the observational technique was used for the collection of information, and the test to evaluate learning achievement was used as instrument. The results detail that in the test to evaluate learning achievement before applying the strategies, 70% of the students in the fifth grade "D" showed an expected learning achievement and 30% were in process with an average of 2.6; on the other hand in the test to evaluate learning achievement after applying the strategies, 90% of the students reached expected learning achievement and 10% achieved outstanding learning achievement with an average of 3.1, with a p-value=0.001 lower than 5% (0.001<0.05). Finally, it is concluded that the parental participatory strategies had a significant impact on the learning of primary school children of the fifth grade "D"
