“Quality of care and level of satisfaction with eutocic delivery in puerperal women at Hospital II - 1 Moyobamba, 2024” Objective: To determine the quality of care and level of satisfaction with eutocic delivery in puerperal women at Hospital II - 1 Moyobamba, 2024. Methodology: basic type, quantitative approach, descriptive correlational level, the sample was represented by 136 puerperal women, the data was recorded by means of a survey method using a questionnaire as an instrument, with the prior informed consent of the participants. Results: it was found that 83.8% of the participants rated the quality of care as “fair”, due to the fact that they rated: trust, tangible elements and empathy with scores that were not very good, and 11.0% rated it as “good” due to the good responsiveness and security provided by the health personnel. On the other hand, a medium level of satisfaction of 72.1% is due to the fact that puerperal women are totally dissatisfied with the number of people present at the time of delivery and 4.4% express high satisfaction. It was also found that women with minimum age (18 - 28 years) receive a variability of care with 71.1% “regular”, 11.0% “good” and 9.2% “bad”, while women with maximum age (29 - 42 years) receive “regular” care. Conclusion: it was analyzed that if there is a relationship between the variables with a value (P < 0.001, Rho = 0.681), which means that the better the care, the more satisfied the patients are.
