The native community of Koribeni, located in the Cusco jungle, is home to the largest Matsiguenga population in Peru, preserving customs, traditions, and ancestral knowledge about natural medicine that predate Inca culture. Therefore, these deserve to be protected and made visible not only by the State but also by every academic entity. The general objective derived from this research is to analyze how the lack of professional personnel, infrastructure, and adequate equipment at the Koribeni Health Center, in the Province of La Convención, affects the access of native pregnant mothers to the enjoyment of the right to intercultural health. This research is basic, descriptive in scope, and of mixed research design. The techniques used were: documentary, as information was collected on the state of the Koribeni Health Center from information provided by various governing authorities; survey, applied to women users of the services provided by the Koribeni Health Center during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and also the puerperium; and interview, conducted with the health personnel. It was concluded that the Matsiguengas of the native community of Koribeni see their rights to health and intercultural health affected. Although health personnel try to comply with cultural relevance guidelines, they fail to meet the needs during the maternal stage of the women in the community due to shortcomings in the health center's infrastructure, the poor condition of instruments and the lack thereof, the supply deficit by the personnel assigned to obstetrics, and the complicated accessibility of the community.
