Construction is one of the most important activities in the country, since it generates thousands of opportunities and benefits to the entire population, as long as it is done correctly, using a construction system that adapts to the needs of the moment. That is why the following research is conducted presenting the Steel Framing as a proposal to the current market. In order to carry out this research, first the corresponding soil mechanics study was carried out to know the mechanical and physical characteristics of the soil where the structural structure is going to be built, then we proceeded to carry out the distribution of environments according to the current regulations and looking for the best possible functionality. Having all these data, we proceeded to make the pre dimensioning of gravity loads and lateral loads to later perform the structural design based on the American standard AISI S-100 with the help of the software sap2000 to model the structure and verify its reliability. The results obtained were more than satisfactory, having a good seismic behavior that complies with the design parameters, but with the peculiar characteristic of having higher displacement values but still complying with the minimum requirements of the RNE. Finally, we made an economic comparison between a budget of a similar structure of prefabricated classrooms prepared by the district municipality of La Union, giving an economic difference of S/. 70,607.57 (seventy thousand six hundred and seventy-seven hundred and fifty-seven soles) equivalent to 14.77%
