The objective of this research was to develop a business plan to analyze the economic, financial and commercial feasibility of establishing a company specializing in health food in the districts of Magdalena, San Isidro and Miraflores. For which, first, a thorough analysis of the business environment was conducted, examining internal and external factors that could influence the success of the project, then, market research was carried out, consisting of interviews and surveys to obtain direct perceptions of potential customers. In the next stage, a comprehensive marketing strategy was designed, emphasizing differentiation through nutritional customization; in the operations plan, the company's processes and location were detailed. Finally, in the financial plan, evaluation of the IRR and NPV, these solid indicators support the financial viability of the project. The conclusion was that the project is financially viable and profitable in the long term, as the results showed an IRR of 12%; a positive NPV of S/ 6,863.09 and a C/B of 1,49. The business proposal is presented as attractive and timely, especially at present, where it is recognized that a balanced diet translates into a lower risk of disease, health being a highly valued value in contemporary society.
