In the context of the telecommunications market and the growth of operators that offer multiple services and benefits, it is important to meet the customer's agreed commitment. To do this, the company creates a new control area for quota and capacity management, adopting the best practices of the Colombian model. The main objective is to balance the amount of daily sales by geographic area with respect to the capacity of technicians assigned in that same area. Part of the control is that the customer is served on the agreed date. On the other hand, we must control that the technicians have requests to work the following day. Currently, not having enough work for the following day can result in the technician looking for other alternatives from the competition. For this purpose, it was necessary to implement a technological solution that includes a dashboard for decision making, a web application that manages data extraction from Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) through API services, an option to manage quota consumption per day, daily objective calculations, and opening a calendar for sales. Also, automation of ETL processes, updating OFSC through API and avoiding validations of requests with agendas that are close to the service date. After completing the implementation, a validation survey of the tool was carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness and facilitated online decision-making based on multiple indicators visualized in a multiplatform dashboard.
