The purpose of this thesis is to carry out a comparative analysis of the budget and work schedule of the gabion, gravity and corbel type retaining walls for their design and execution based on their analysis for their execution, it is proposed to be executed in the San Lorenzo - Recreo highway km 3+843.89 right side, in relation to these analyzes the aim is to quantify and schedule the execution time. Within the execution of the project lies the facts of knowledge and basic criteria since these are structural elements widely used in road infrastructure works in order to stabilize slopes, embankments, formation of abutments in works of art and other elements. Regarding the progress achieved in the development of these structures, the incorporation of new construction methods and the creation of structural elements are sought, which are oriented to the reinforcement of the soil and the use of the material as a traditional use of the structure in each of them. , its stability is based clearly on its own weight and the weight of the material that is on its foundation. Generally, for this type of use, these structures are anti-seismic, which is important to minimize the damage as a result of earthquakes in the area and that is where these structures are proposed with respect to the study of soils, with the purpose of stabilizing the terrain and thus avoiding serious economic, social and environmental problems. The contribution of this thesis project is to determine which of the three types of walls will be indicated as river defense with a lower budget, complying with the proposed objectives and the execution time, the retaining wall design will avoid overflow at km 3+843.89 right side of the San Lorenzo – Recreo highway, Datem del Marañón, Loreto.
