Determine the factors associated with recurrent pregnancy in adolescents treated at the Loreto Regional Hospital from October to December 2023. Methodology. Research study with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and prospective descriptive desing. The composition of the population is 134 women with teenage pregnancy, where inclusión and exclusion criteria were applied, the test is 79 teenage pregnant women with recurrent pregnancies, treated at the Loreto Regional Hospital. Results. The study finds that among the adolescents who have had recurrent pregnanies, they were between 17 and 19 years of age (81.7.0%), with secondary education (49.0%), cohabitants (61.3%), students (74.1%) and came from the área urban (66.7%) whose menarche is from 9 to 12 years (67.6%), initiating sexual relations between 15 to 19 years (64.2%) with 2 to 3 partners (74.5%), intergenic period from 1 to 2 years (100.0%) there is evidence of non-use of contraceptive methods (59.3.0%) second digesta (100.0%), with full-term pregnancies (60.4%) . In relation to the social factors we found that (90.0%) became pregnant with their third partner who are older than them (57.8%) with ages between 20 to 29 years (94.1%) at the time of the investigation they continue to receive financial support from their parents (61.8%). Conclusion. It is concluded that the factors that were statistically related to the recurrence of teenage pregnanies were: age (0.001), level of instruction (0.001) occupation (0.001), menarche (0.024), number of sexual partners (0.001) interpregnancy period (0.001), gestation number (0.001) and current partner (0.001).
