The professional sufficiency work focuses on increasing the visibility of cereal products from a PYME in supermarkets in Modern Lima, within the food sector. The strategy is based on the implementation of Inbound Marketing through the PDCA Cycle, allowing for a dynamic and adaptive approach to marketing management. The primary objectives include increasing initiatives at points of sale through campaigns and promotions that generate customer attraction and loyalty. It also aims to increase the number of products in visible spaces within supermarkets, thereby ensuring greater exposure and brand recognition. Additionally, it proposes improving access to high-traffic supermarkets by identifying those with the greatest sales potential and establishing strategic partnerships to facilitate distribution. Through a detailed analysis of the sales environment and consumer behavior, the goal is to develop actions that optimize product presence in the market. This management model seeks not only to increase sales but also to strengthen brand identity and connect with consumers, adapting to current market trends. Together, these strategies will contribute to the sustainability and growth of PYME, generating a positive impact on its competitiveness within the food sector.
