ABSTRACT This report aims to determine compliance with Good Dispensing Practices in the Pharmacotechnics service of Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de La Puerta during the period from December 2019 to February 2020, for which evaluation sheets were used based on the Manual for Medicine Good Dispensing Practices and the Standard Operating Procedure of the Pharmacotechnics service, where the five activities to be performed at the time of the dispensing of any pharmaceutical product were evaluated, obtaining percentage results such as: in the reception and validation of the prescription a percentage value of 71%, 86%, 86% in the months of December, January and February respectively, in the analysis and interpretation of the prescription it is observed that it is maintained with a constant percentage value of 67% throughout the evaluation period, In the preparation and selection of products for delivery, 83% compliance was observed in the month of December and 100% for the months of January and February, with respect to the delivery of products, percentage values of 60%, 60% and 80% respectively were observed, and with respect to registration, 100% compliance with this activity was observed throughout the period. Concluding that the percentage compliance with the Good Dispensing Practices in the Magistral Formulas service of the Virgen de La Puerta High Complexity Hospital in the period December 2019 - February 2020 complies with 76%, 83%, 87% respectively.
