The general objective of this research was to determine the influence of the incorporation act through Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) in the promotion of micro and small businesses; In addition, specific objectives were set to analyze its influence on reducing costs and time, providing legal security to micro and small businesses, access to credit and applying for state programs. Likewise, in carrying out the research, inductive, deductive, analytical and hermeneutical methods were used; Likewise, the survey conducted with 9 registrars of the Registry of Legal Entities of Registry Zone No. V-Trujillo Headquarters and 10 microentrepreneurs was used as an instrument. The results were obtained that all the people surveyed agreed that Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) positively influence the promotion of micro-small businesses by reducing cost and time in their incorporation act; Furthermore, 13 respondents indicated that this type of company provides legal security; 17 respondents responded that it facilitates access to credits and 16 respondents indicated that it allows applications for State Programs. In this research, it was concluded that the founding act of Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) positively influences the promotion of micro-small businesses by reducing costs and time, providing legal security, access to credit and application to state programs.
