Adverse effects are part of the public health problem related to the safety of drugs, including negatively, negatively affecting people regardless of gender, age, professional degree, such as the members of the QFLL College. The objective of the quantitative, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study was to demonstrate the association between biosociodemographic and cultural factors and the adverse effects after Covid-19 vaccination in two doses among the members of the Pharmaceutical Chemists of La Libertad. Methods: the sample consisted of 264 professional Pharmaceutical selected in a simple randomized way with inclusion and exclusion criteria using a previously validated online questionnaire to collect data on the factors mentioned and adverse effects after Covid-19 vaccination. Results: Overall, 82.0% of vaccinees experienced at least one adverse effect at both the first and second post-vaccination Covid-19 doses. 82.1% and 81.8% of participants experienced at least one adverse effect at the first and second doses, respectively. The most frequent adverse effect was local pain (64.4%), followed by headache (25.0%), fever (23.1%), chills (13.3%), myalgia (12.9%), etc. most of them mild to moderate and only very few severe cases. Regarding the biosociodemographic and cultural factors, the female sex was found to have a higher presence (67%), the majority of participants (28.8%) had a weight between 60 and 68 kilos and 70% said they did not suffer from any chronic disease and 79.5% had taken the Covid diagnostic test. Regarding age, the majority were 48 years of age or older, 42.0% said they were single and the highest degree achieved was PhD, although the majority had a bachelor's degree and 89.9% had a job. The most spoken language was Spanish (76.5%), 93.2% considered themselves mestizo and the religion professed by the majority was Catholic (64.8%). Conclusion: A significant direct association (p=0.02) was found between female sex and the presence of adverse effects.
