Lactea, dairy constitutes an organization specialized in the manufacturing of milk-derived products. As a result of its operations, a volumetric flow equivalent to 200 m3/day is generated, composed of elements such as oils, fats, suspended solids, detergents, among other components. The construction of a preliminary model for a "treatment system" is proposed, which will use the "phytoremediation" technique, integrated into a set of structures. This device will be located in a preselected area with an extension of 24 x 10 m2, in which a liquid inflow equivalent to 01 m3/day will be established. This flow will undergo a subsequent treatment process through the combination of wetlands and the mentioned structures. During this procedure, constant monitoring will be carried out in accordance with "Supreme Decree No. 004-2017-MINAM - Approving Environmental Quality Standards (ECA) for Water, adapting ECA 03 – D2 'vegetable irrigation and animal drinking'. The main objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment process at various strategic points within the proposed system. At the end of the experiment, a comprehensive comparison will be conducted to evaluate the success of the applied treatment in relation to the initial parameters.
