The present investigation entitled "Family, social factors that limit personal resilience in adolescents of SOA Trujillo, 2020", aims to determine the family and social factors that significantly limit personal resilience in adolescents in conflict with the Criminal Law. It was developed within the framework of mixed research. Fifty adolescents in conflict with the SOA Trujillo Criminal Law participated, between the ages of 14 and 21, sentenced by the judicial authority for the infringement against property, with a socio-educational measure of Restricted Freedom for a period of twelve months. The inductive - deductive, ethnographic and statistical method was used, using observation, interview and survey techniques; In addition, through the application of the questionnaire and residence scale for adolescents, instruments that were adapted and validated for such research. Then, they were presented in tables and statistical figures; It is important to point out that general characteristics have been presented and later in depth the family factors were described in the negligent treatment of parents, absence of parental attachment, denial of problems, absence to assume responsibility and transmit high expectations of improvement. And in the social factor, it was narrated based on the inadequate transmission and use of visual and technological means of communication, affiliation of negative friends, lack of job opportunities and difficulty in establishing positive social networks. Concluding that, according to the family factor, it is determined that parents are providing their children with negligent treatment, with an ambivalent to insecure attachment bond, by giving priority to their work occupations, household obligations, as well as the upbringing of minor children. On the other hand, the influence exerted by the social through the lack of job opportunities where adolescents appreciate the need to generate their own economic income and observe the low rates of being able to access decent employment, where companies still place gaps and do not They provide facilities for the young offender to spend their free time in productive occupational activities.
