For the production of Oreochromis niloticus Chitralada variety “tilapia". 30 thousand fingerlings ranging from 0,3 g to 1,7 cm in length on average were acquired, which remained in hapas pre - breeding for a period of 20 days, then spent three ponds of 200 m2, 500 m2 and 900 m2 for growth and fattening 13 peces/m2 density. The main physical and chemical parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity were recorded, likewise growth was determined by weight and length, production costs, breakeven and profitability of production was assessed by indicators of return and NPV, IRR and the cost - benefit. The final biomass was projected 1940 kg with copies of 202 g and 21,8 cm. The quantity of feed was 1748 kg, the conversion factor was 0,95 food, feed rate ranged from 7 to 1%, the water temperature values ranged from 24 to 18 °C for all three tanks, the pH varied from 7,6 to 6 in the pond of 900 m2, and 9,6 to 6,2 in the pond of 500 m2 and 200 m2, dissolved oxygen and salinity for the three ponds ranged from 4,5 to 6,5 and from 0 to 10 ups respectively. The financial evaluation of the flow economic rate with a discount rate of 18 % had a Net Economic Value Actual S/. 1555,58, an Internal Rate of Return of 24 %, and the benefit - cost was 1,15.
