ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out in order to explain the influence of social exclusion on the poor job placement of people with different abilities in the Area OMAPED - District Pacasmayo, 2019. The type of applied research was considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 55 people with different abilities, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey, and qualitative research: Inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, it can be inferred that 33% of people suffer with physical disabilities of the hemiplegia type, in the same way 44% of the population that presents moderate degree of disability, 81% are unemployed, on the other hand 51% of People with different abilities consider that the barriers that limit job placement are discrimination and exclusion due to their disability. Finally, we consider that training programs should be implemented for people with different abilities, awareness and incentives for entrepreneurs, better information about social and physical infrastructure for entrepreneurs, and work to remove even prejudices regarding people's performance. physically disabled.
