Microenterprises in any economy or market are responsible for a large percentage of production and employment, as well as being a means of fighting poverty. In Peru it is no different, such is the case of the city of Chiclayo, which is characterized for being a commercial logistics center, where the large number of commercial mypes suffer productivity and efficiency problems due to poor management by their owners - managers causing great mortality of these companies. However, the theory on business management does not meet the particular needs of mypes, which are not the same as those of larger companies, there being a knowledge gap, such is the case, that there is no definition of what is a mype from the point of view of business management. In the present investigation a definition of what a mype is presented, based on the theory of complex adaptive systems, through the understanding of the interactions of the mypes with other elements of the system that allow to appreciate the self-organization and the emergence as management components. Based on the definition of what a mype is, a management model based on the interactions of the different elements of the mype system is proposed. Said model was validated through confirmatory factor analysis, which has resulted in good fit indices (RMSEA = 0.028; GFI = 0.976), which showed that the fundamental interactions for the fulfillment of the management objectives of the mype They are the interaction mype - clients and mype - regulators (p<0.05), so any intervention to improve the management of mypes must improve said interactions.
