The present study entitled: Proposal for the reorganisation of the administrative processes of the CIPOS of the National University of Trujillo, 2023, had the objective of designing a proposal for the reorganisation of the administrative processes of the Postgraduate Language Centre of the National University of Trujillo. This quantitative, descriptive- propositive research design was carried out with a sample of 43 participants. To collect the data, a questionnaire instrument was used by means of a survey technique, applied to 40 participants, including students, teachers and administrative workers, as well as an interview guide with three CIPOS past-directors. The results obtained revealed that 56.7% of the students had a significant interest in English; however, 80% considered that the level of English achieved was only sometimes or never useful. In terms of organisation, 63.3% reported problems with punctuality in classes and 46.7% stated that they never received their certificate on time; furthermore, 83.3% perceived partial fulfilment of responsibilities. 73.3% felt that collaboration with strategic partners was insufficient, as no benefit had been obtained. There is a lack of awareness of CIPOS' organisational chart and external collaborations by 70% of respondents, along with a lack of training reported by 80% of staff. The research concluded that it is crucial to address student care, administrative efficiency, and staff training in order to improve the educational and operational quality of CIPOS; in this sense, a proposal for the reorganisation of CIPOS administrative processes was formulated.
