The primary objective of this research was to enhance the operational performance of auxiliary mine equipment through the analysis of operational delays using Power Bi in the Shahuindo. The methodology used is a non-experimental, descriptive design. The validation of the instruments was carried out by a specialist in the subject. The results obtained showed operational, non-operational and maintenance delays that reduced the performance of the equipment and measures and plans were proposed to reduce these delays. A total of 7560.01 hours were recorded for haulage and 1176 hours for loading. The operational performance for the haulage of over liner material, backfill, and inadequate material was 18.35, 31.97, and 19.39 m3/hour, respectively. For the loading equipment, the performance for over liner, backfill, and inadequate material was 93.39, 117.72, and 85.88 m3/hour, respectively. Significant increases in performance were observed. In haulage, the performance for over liner material increased by 0.50% in November and 2.06% in December. For backfill, the increase was 8.87% in October and 0.11% in December, whereas, for the inadequate material, the increase was 6.73% in October. In loading, the performance for over liner increased by 24.23% in November and 2.38% in December. For backfill, an increase of 15.68% was observed in December, while for inadequate material, the increase was 13.05% in November. In conclusion, the analysis of operational delays with Power Bi led to an increase in the operational performance of auxiliary mine equipment in the Shahuindo project.
