ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Good Dispensing Practices and the satisfaction of the user treated in a public hospital in Trujillo during the months of March to April 2024. The methodology was applied to a basic, quantitative, level study. descriptive, prospective cross-sectional study with a non-experimental and correlational design, which was applied to a population consisting of patients treated in the pharmacy service, considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, assuming a reliability margin of 95% and a margin of 5% error. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire with 20 items was used as an instrument. Likewise, in both surveys, the Likert scale was used, ranging from never (1 point) to always (5 points). Crombach's Alpha (α) was used for the reliability of the instrument, obtaining an α greater than 0.7 for both variables. According to the results, it was evident that the level of Good Dispensing Practices (BPD) and user satisfaction was medium with 52.50%. Finally, it is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the BPD and all the dimensions corresponding to user satisfaction
