The "mulberry" has traditionally been cultivated for the use of its leaves and fruits, the latter have a high nutritional value which have positive effects on human health mainly linked to their phenolic composition. Biol is an organic fertilizer of liquid consistency that is produced in a biodigester from the fermentation of animal manure and vegetable residues, which presents in its composition phytohormones, macro and micronutrients that favor the rooting, growth and development of plants. crops. The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the influence of the concentrations of biol biol from Boss taurus on the rooting of Morus nigra "mulberry" cuttings, for which thirteen treatments were used, each treatment consisting of six "mulberry" cuttings with a concentration of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 100% biol, a treatment only with white treatment water and another with rooting (Root-Hor) as control treatment. To obtain the data, a count was made for 30 days, of the number of roots, buds and leaves and a weighing of the leaves, according to the analysis of variance showed that there are significant differences only for the number of roots and leaves, the Tukey's test shows that the best treatment for the number of roots and leaves is Biol de Boss Taurus at 40%. The biol of the present study has phytohormones, macro and micronutrients that favored the increase in the number of roots and leaves.
