Hospital Distrital Walter Cruz Vilca Alto Moche, 2024 The sample was 92 people corresponding to the health workers, which corresponds almost to the total population. The survey technique was applied with two questionnaires that evaluate the Burnout Syndrome known as the Maslach Burnout Inventory, with a reliability result according to the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of α = 0.980 and for the organizational climate, a work climate questionnaire. It was found that the health workers of the Hospital Walter Cruz Vilca presented low level Burnout syndrome in 58% and medium level in 42%, and a mostly moderately favorable organizational climate (55%). It is concluded that the relationship between the variables is inverse, that is, at a high level of Burnout syndrome an unfavorable work environment occurs, therefore there is a relationship between both study variables (r≈-0.332).
