This project focuses on the analysis and development of marketing strategies to increase the sales of a Creole food restaurant located in San Isidro, Lima, whose target audience consists of office workers from nearby companies. This restaurant, specialized in lunch menus that include a starter, main course, and drink, stands out for its quick service, good-tasting food, and spacious premises. However, a key issue was identified: the lack of online sales channels, which limits the restaurant’s reach despite its appeal in taste and fast service. The project’s objective is to increase sales by 50% over a five-year period, for which a strategy was proposed to automate the sales process using WhatsApp Business. This strategy seeks to facilitate and streamline the customer purchasing experience, enabling them to place orders remotely and optimizing the management of service delivery. The primary outcome is a strategic plan to implement WhatsApp as a sales channel, aiming to double online sales over the next five years. This change will allow the restaurant to adapt to new digital consumption trends and increase its competitiveness in the market. The main conclusion highlights that the implementation of this digital channel will not only facilitate customer access to the service but will also position the restaurant as a convenient and modern option in the Creole food sector, adapting to the demands of an increasingly digitized market. This strategy is projected as an effective solution to enhance customer satisfaction and, consequently, the sales volume of the establishment.
