The company REX100MAX S.A.C, due to the competitive environment in the market and its constant evolution, was forced to look for ways to grow and expand, joining a new economic sector (Solid Waste Operating Company) and facing new challenges in terms of supervision. The company, by dedicating itself to the valorization of residual lubricating oil (hazardous waste), has the obligation to ensure that it efficiently manages solid waste with respect to environmental issues and legal compliance. The proposed plan applied to the company details the basic guidelines and actions necessary for adequate solid waste management, aligned with compliance with Law No. 1278 "Comprehensive Solid Waste Management" and its regulation DS No. 014-2017 MINAM. Likewise, as an instrument for the efficient use of materials and the management of solid waste, RM 089-2023-MINAM “Non-Municipal Solid Waste Minimization and Management Plan” is applied. This plan is based on the development of an initial diagnosis of the study area through monitoring and field control to determine the sources, types and quantities of waste; the establishment and proposal for short-term implementation of environmental guidelines and commitments for the different processes developed, considering the principles of hierarchy in the management of Solid Waste. In addition, a mandatory training program is proposed that allows the establishment of roles and responsibilities, linked to efficiency and improvement in the management of hazardous waste.
