Job satisfaction plays a key role in the current context of COVID-19 where changes have occurred in these two years of pandemic not only in companies making business and attracting and retaining talent, but also employees providing their services. In the present study, the theories of job satisfaction and the dimensions that predict a change in this variable were researched and it was analyzed whether or not there is a modification in the significant factors of job satisfaction for millennial and centennial administrators of private universities in Metropolitan Lima. The professionals indicated their opinions on the dimensions of job satisfaction that they consider most important, at first through in depth interviews and secondly, through an adapted closed survey answered by ninety-eight people. To find out which dimensions will be evaluated, the theory of Snyder & Ickes and the interactionist approach of Pujol and Dabos were used. On the other hand, as a result of the legitimate information from SUNEDU, there was a population of 127,221 people belonging to 31 private universities in Metropolitan Lima; the study worked with a confidence level of 95% and a Cronbach's alpha of 1.96. The Kruskal Wallis, Chi Square and Spearman Coefficient tests were applied to validate the relationship and the level of association between job satisfaction and the most significant dimensions. It was concluded that the dimensions, in this order of priority, are positively associated according to the target audience: Interpersonal Relations, Job Stability, Training, Working Conditions and Salary Dimension.
