Impacto de la capacitación virtual en la satisfacción laboral de personal operativo de una empresa de seguridad en Lima en el año 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación se ubica dentro de la línea de investigación 31.b Gestión del Capital Humano. Adicionalmente, es necesario mencionar que es un estudio correlacional, donde se busca establecer si la capacitación virtual influye de manera significativa sobre la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores operarios de una empresa de seguridad ubicada en Lima, en el año 2022. Tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, sin intervención y que presenta dos variables analíticas; el método que se utilizó fue el deductivo, aplicando la técnica de la encuesta mediante dos cuestionarios con escala Likert. Los resultados indican que existen efectos de la variable independiente sobre la dependiente, ya que al aplicar la prueba d de Somers el p-valor obtenido fue de 0,000.

This research is located within research line 31.b Human Capital Management. In addition, it is necessary to mention that it is a correlational study, where it seeks to establish whether virtual training significantly influences the job satisfaction of the operational workers of a security company located in Lima, in the year 2022. It has a quantitative, transversal approach, without intervention and that presents two analytical variables; The method used was deductive, applying the survey technique through two questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results indicate that there are effects of the independent variable on the dependent one, since when applying the Somers' d test the p-value obtained was 0.000.
