The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship that exists between professional training and the satisfaction of students in the primary specialty, pedagogical area of the Institute of Higher Education La Salle de Urubamba - 2019. The research work responds to the quantitative approach , non-experimental design and correlational scope. The study population consisted of 50 students of the primary specialty, pedagogical area of the Institute of Higher Education La Salle de Urubamba. For the data collection process, the survey technique was applied and two instruments were used to measure professional training and student satisfaction. Using statistical tests (descriptive and inferential statistics), it was shown that there is a direct and significant relationship between both variables; this through Spearman's Rho statistician when obtaining the value of (0.324) and a significance value of 0.05, which shows a low intensity relationship between the study variables. On the conclusions it is shown that the better the professional training, the greater the satisfaction on the part of the students.
