This research work focuses on improving the construction process through the compatibility of specialties in the construction of an intake for an irrigation project in Sepillata, Cusco. The importance of intakes is highlighted as essential structures for the collection and distribution of water in irrigation systems, energy generation and water supply. Through an exhaustive analysis, the problems present in the construction of these structures are identified, highlighting the need to integrate various technical specialties, such as civil and hydraulic engineering, among others. The study includes a theoretical framework that supports the research, along with a detailed analysis of the problem and the rationale for the project. Specific objectives are established, and success indicators are proposed to evaluate the results. The methodology adopted is based on data collection and analysis, which allows an accurate interpretation of the information obtained. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented aimed at optimizing the construction process in irrigation projects, emphasizing the importance of planning and collaboration between disciplines. This work not only contributes to the development of water infrastructure in the region, but also establishes a framework for future research in this field.
