The proposal for the “Design of the Secondary Storm Drainage System in Ca. Los Águanos, Ca. Héroes del Cenepa and Ca. Los Frutales del A.H. Progreso, District of San Juan Bautista - Maynas - Loreto 2021”, was duly planned and designed to improve the infrastructure in terms of health and transportability of these streets. This project will improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the aforementioned human settlement. This study consists of the design of the storm drainage system, based on regulations and criteria defined in the hydraulic area. Adapting the conditions presented by the area to the basic parameters of the comprehensive drainage project of the entire city of Iquitos that already exists and to the basic design parameters. For the development of this work, a diagnosis was made in the first instance, where the current physical-structural state of the study area was determined, later a topographic and soil study of the area. A hydrological study was carried out to determine the maximum intensities and the flow provided by the identified areas of influence. The flow considered for the hydraulic design of all the components of the storm drainage system is the result of the summation of the flow received from all the areas of influence identified plus the flow of adjacent areas in relation to the slopes that will go to the points. download. Then the costs that would accrue the execution of the project and the time duration were estimated. Finally, a series of technical specifications that must be fully met, prior to and during the execution of the project, and some recommendations for the proper operation and functioning of the proposed system are described. In the same way, sheets of plans are presented detailing the topographic conditions of the study area and the construction details of the proposed design that make up the drainage system.
