The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between personality dimensions and decision-making in the personnel of Pilot Officers of the Peruvian Air Force in Air Group No. 42 (Morona Cocha) Iquitos. 2020. The research was of a "descriptive - correlational" type, cross-sectional and nonexperimental design. The research method was quantitative since the questionnaires to measure personality dimensions, “Personality Inventory Form B by H.J Eysenck, adapted by José Anicama (1972). Lime. Peru and the SelfAssessment Questionnaire for Decision Making by Ortega Sánchez, Carmen. Cadiz University. Faculty of Psychology. (2014), provided numerical scores which were statistically processed in order to verify the degree of correlation between the variables considered. The sample consisted of 52 pilot officers from the Peruvian Air Force under study. The results of Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.365 **, and p = 0.008, indicate a moderate and significant direct relationship between “Stability - Emotional Instability” and decision making. Value of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient = 0.766 ** and p = 0.000, indicate a high and significant direct relationship between "Introversion - Extroversion" and decision making and the value of the Chi-square test = 11.030, p = 0.026 and of the Tau coefficient Kendall's -b = 0.439 indicating a moderate and significant direct relationship between Personality Dimensions and decision-making in the Air Force pilot officer personnel under study.
