Evaluación del costo y tiempo de ejecución entre los pavimentos: rígidos, flexibles y semirígidos en el distrito de el Porvenir Pelejo, provincia y departamento de San Martín

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como finalidad hacer un comparativo entre el costo y tiempo empleado en la ejecución de un proyecto de pavimentación tipo concreto rígido, pavimento flexible y pavimento semirrígido, con la finalidad de conseguir un diseño óptimo en la pavimentación de calles en el distrito de El Porvenir Pelejo, provincia y departamento de San Martín. Basándose en el comportamiento que tienen cada uno de estos, partiendo de la base de que las tres alternativas, son soluciones satisfactorias para el proyecto de pavimentación, y centrando el análisis en dos factores preponderantes; Por un lado, el factor económico, en el cual está involucrado el valor inicial de cada alternativa, junto con el de conservación y rehabilitación de éstos durante un ciclo de vida determinado. Por otro lado, se expone el factor el funcional, mediante el cual se verificará cuál de los dos pavimentos es el más apropiado. El proyecto se basa en una investigación descriptiva, presentando las características de los pavimentos rígidos, flexibles y semirrígidos, así como sus análisis de costo, sus ventajas y desventajas, siendo el principal método de trabajo, la recolección de datos, consultando diferentes tipos de documentos, libros y tesis, tanto en medios físicos como digitales, estimándose el costo total de ejecución de cada proyecto, realizándose con cada uno de los tres pavimentos mencionados anteriormente, y concluyéndose en cuál es la mejor opción para realizar cada uno de los tres proyectos.

The purpose of this study is to make a comparison between the cost and time spent in the execution of a project of rigid concrete type paving, flexible pavement and semi-rigid pavement, in order to achieve an optimal design in the paving of streets in the district of El Porvenir Pelejo, province and department of San Martín. Based on the behavior of each of these, starting from the basis that the three alternatives are satisfactory solutions for the paving project, and focusing the analysis on two preponderant factors; On the one hand, the economic factor, in which the initial value of each alternative is involved, together with the conservation and rehabilitation of these during a determined life cycle. On the other hand, the functional factor is exposed, by means of which it will be verified which of the two pavements is the most appropriate. The project is based on a descriptive research, presenting the characteristics of rigid, flexible and semi-rigid pavements, as well as their cost analysis, their advantages and disadvantages, being the main work method, data collection, consulting different types of documents , books and theses, both in physical and digital media, estimating the total cost of execution of each project, being carried out with each of the three floors mentioned above, and concluding on which is the best option to carry out each of the three projects.
