The study had a quantitative approach, simple descriptive type, and design. The population consisted of 25 graduates of medical school who carried out their pre-professional practices in a hospital in the city of Iquitos, a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience was used, the sample being 25 medical graduates, the psychometric technique and the SIV Test of Leonard Gordon as an instrument to assess interpersonal values were used. For the analysis of the information, the statistical software SPSS v27 was used, obtaining the following results: in Benevolence, 84.0% of medical graduates obtained a high level and only 4.0% obtained a low level in this subscale, the prevalence being significantly high of benevolence of the study population. In Independence, 64.0% of medical graduates obtained a high level, 32.0% had a medium level and only 4.0% obtained a low level on this subscale. Regarding the Support subscale, 68.0% of medical graduates obtained a low level and only 12.0% obtained a high level in this subscale. In Conformity, 52.0% of medical graduates obtained a high level and 24.0% obtained a low level in this subscale. In Leadership, 72.0% of medical graduates obtained a low level and 24.0% had a high level. On the other hand, in Recognition, 84.0% of medical graduates obtained a low level and 8.0% had a high level, with the prevalence of recognition being significantly low in the study population. It concludes: the interpersonal values that characterize medical graduates are Benevolence with a high level of 44% in this subscale and Independence with a high level of 64% in this subscale.
