Reformas del fondo de pensiones en tiempos de covid y las decisiones de los afiliados, ciudad de Iquitos, periodo 2019 - 2020

Abstract

El objetivo general fue estudiar el impacto en el comportamiento del sistema privado de pensiones por efecto de las reformas y las decisiones de los afiliados en la región Loreto, periodo 2019 - 2020. Metodología: Fue de diseño descriptivo y no experimental. Es de tipo comparativo individual, porque solo se tomó lo ocurrido en la región Loreto. Asimismo, fue de tipo retrospectivo porque se tomó la información histórica. La población de estudio fueron las personas afiliadas a un fondo de pensiones y que radican en la ciudad de Iquitos y la muestra 384 de ellos. La técnica es la hoja estadística de consolidación de información. Se concluye que, el impacto en el comportamiento del SPP, no fueron considerables y no causaron un impacto negativo en ellas, debido a que las Administradoras del SPP siguieron creciendo considerablemente, a pesar de que sus afiliados tomaran la decisión de retirar sus fondos. Las buenas decisiones financieras que tomaron las Administradoras del SPP para poder atender todos los retiros de sus afiliados, permitieron que superaran esta crisis. Además, el retiro de los fondos representó algo positivo para los afiliados, ya que pudieron resolver sus problemas económicos a corto plazo y para las empresas, porque pudieron cobrar sus acreencias, vendieron sus productos y ofrecieron diferentes servicios a la población, ayudando a dinamizar la economía en esos momentos de crisis.

The general objective was to study the impact on the behavior of the private pension system due to the effect of reforms and decisions of affiliates in the Loreto region, period 2019 – 2020 Methodology: It was descriptive and not experimental in design. It’s of an individual comparative type, because only what happened in the Loreto region was taken. It was also retrospective because historical information was taken. The study population was people affiliated to a pension fund and who reside in the city of Iquitos and the sample 384 of them. The technique is the statistical sheet of information consolidation. It’s concluded that the impact on the behavior of the SPP was not considerable and did not cause a negative impact on them, because the Administrators of the SPP continued to grow considerably, despite the fact that their affiliates made the decision to withdraw their funds. The good financial decisions made by the Administrators of the SPP to be able to attend all the withdrawals of their affiliates, allowed them to overcome this crisis. In addition, the withdrawal of the funds represented something positive for the affiliates, since they were able to solve their economic problems in the short term and for the companies, because they were able to collect their debts, sold their products and offered different services to the population, helping to boost the economy in those moments of crisis..
