The general objective is to determine the impact of logistics operations management on the quality of pavements and resurfacing of urban streets in the state of Iquitos. The type of study was non-experimental in response to the project in question by carrying out a causal and probabilistic cross-sectional sampling of 84 heads of household benefited from the "Recovery of Land and Coverage" of the IAORR in the Municipality of San Juan Bautista. "project. The technique used was the survey carried out as a data collection tool detailing the factors that affect the study variables. The results of the study showed that the management of logistics operations reached 54% compared to the progress and the resurfacing efficiency in the San Juan Bautista area Among materials logistics (51%), personnel logistics (49%), and equipment and tools logistics (60%), they cited low-level management as the standard of measurement with the highest ratio. Likewise, it is determined that the quality of the pavement and pavement repair in the urban streets described in the research sample is up to 65%. As measured, they showed tendencies towards a lower quality in terms of building size and structural defects (69%) and contractor repair compliance (62%).It was concluded that there was a significant effect between logistics operations management and cas and quality of pavement and pavement repair in San Juan Bautista County in 2020; Find Sage. (0.000 < 0.05) and Pearson's correlation (r = 0.732) reflect a moderate positive correlation between the variables studied, indicating a general dependence between them.
