Abstract: La investigación tuvo como objetivo Indicar como es el neuromarketing en las tiendas por departamento en la ciudad de Iquitos, además de identificar el estímulo sensorial y el estímulo publicitario. Su metodología fue descriptiva, no experimental y transversal, con una muestra de 384 clientes. Se concluye que, existe fuerte estímulo sensorial del neuromarketing a valorar, en cuanto a aspectos como: aromas el 61.2% está de acuerdo con ello, el 76% está de acuerdo con la influencia de las imágenes, el 71.9% con los colores publicitarios, el 63.8% con la música, el 77.1% con el orden de los productos, el 54.9% con los adornos de la tienda, el 79.7% con la iluminación, el 63.8% con la variedad de productos. En cuanto a los estímulos publicitarios tenemos una marcada influencia en aspectos como: publicidad de la tienda en un 77%, marca de la ropa en un 69.3%, ubicación de la tienda en un 74.2%, variedad de productos con un 89.8%, tamaño de la tienda con el 71.4% y atención en la tienda, 74.4%.
The objective of the research was to indicate what neuromarketing is like in department stores in the city of Iquitos, in addition to identifying the sensory stimulus and the advertising stimulus. Its methodology was descriptive, non- experimental and transversal, with a sample of 384 clients. It is concluded that there is a strong sensory stimulus from neuromarketing to valueaspects such as: aromas that 61.2% agree with, 76% agree with the influence of images, 71.9% with advertising colors, 63.8 % with music, 77.1% with the order of the products, 54.9% with the decorations of the store, 79.7% with the lighting, 63.8% with the variety of products. Regardingthe advertising stimuli, we have a marked influence on aspects such as: theadvertising of the store in 77% agree and totally agree, the clothing brand in 69.3%, the location of the store in 74.2% , the variety of products with 89.8%, the size of the store with 71.4%, the attention in the store, 74.4%.
