Influencia de las herramientas tecnológicas de información en la gestión administrativa de la oficina de logística de la dirección regional de salud de Loreto - Iquitos - 2022

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de las herramientas de tecnología de información en la gestión administrativa de la oficina de logística de la Dirección Regional de Salud Loreto, 2022, para lo cual formulamos como hipótesis: El uso de las herramientas de tecnología de información influye significativamente en la gestión administrativa de la oficina de logística de la Dirección Regional de Salud Loreto, 2022. El enfoque de investigación se caracteriza por ser cuantitativa, nivel de investigación correlacional y de diseño no experimental, transaccional correlacional. Se empleó como técnica la encuesta e instrumento el cuestionario, los mismos que fueron validados por expertos. Los datos se tabularon mediante el software SPSS versión 25, se analizaron los datos e interpretaron específicamente los gráficos estadísticos obtenidos por cada uno de las preguntas e indicadores. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en la estadística de Pearson se detalla que las dimensiones de las herramientas de tecnología de información influyen en la gestión administrativa de la oficina de logística de la Dirección Regional de Salud Loreto, se tuvo como valor de significancia p = 0,045 que es menor a 0.05, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Es decir que las herramientas de tecnología de información influyen significativamente en la gestión administrativa de la oficina de logística de la Dirección Regional de Salud Loreto, 2022.

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of information technology tools in the administrative of the logistics office of the Regional Health Directorate Loreto, 2022, for which we formulate as a hypothesis: The use of information technology tools significantly influences the administrative management of the logistics office of the Regional Health Directorate Loreto, 2022. The research approach is characterized by being quantitative, correlational research level and non-experimental design, correlational transactional. The survey and questionnaire instrument were used as a technique, the same ones that were validated by experts. The data was tabulated using SPSS version 25 software, the data was analyzed and the statistical graphs obtained by each of the questions and indicators were specifically interpreted. According to the results obtained in the Pearson statistics, it is detailed that the dimensions of the information technology tools influence the administrative management of the logistics office of the Regional Health Directorate Loreto, the significance value was p = 0.045 which is less than 0.05, therefore, the alternate hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. In other words, information technology tools significantly influence the administrative management of the logistics office of the Regional Health Directorate Loreto, 2022.
