“Autoestima en los estudiantes del tercer nivel de la facultad de ciencias económicas y de negocios escuela profesional de administración de una universidad, Iquitos- 2022”

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de autoestima en los estudiantes del tercer nivel de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Negocios Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana Iquitos 2022, la investigación es de nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, el instrumento utilizado es el test de Coopersmith, para adultos que consta, de 25 preguntas, con tres sub divisiones a sub escalas: sí mismo, social y familiar. La población está conformada por 42 estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Administración. La investigación determinó que el 43% de los encuestados son de sexo masculino y 57% del sexo femenino; la edad promedio es 23 años para el sexo masculino y 21 para el sexo femenino; concluye manifestando que el 48% tiene una autoestima alta, 36% tiene una autoestima media alta, 9% autoestima media baja y 7% autoestima baja.

The objective of the research work was to determine the level of self-esteem in the students of the third level of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Professional School of Administration of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon Iquitos 2022, the research is descriptive and of non-experimental cross-sectional design, the instrument used is the Coopersmith test, for adults consisting of 25 questions, with three sub-divisions to sub-scales: self, social and family. The population is made up of 42 students from the Professional School of Administration. The investigation determined that 43% of the respondents are male and 57% are female; the average age is 23 years for the male sex and 21 for the female sex; concludes by stating that 48% have high self-esteem, 36% have medium high self-esteem, 9% medium low self-esteem and 7% low self-esteem.
