Influencia del liderazgo transformacional en el clima institucional en docentes, institución educativa particular nuestra señora de Fátima, belén 2021

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la influencia del Liderazgo Transformacional en el Clima Institucional en Docentes de la Institución Educativa Particular Nuestra Señora de Fátima, Belén 2021. La investigación fue de tipo Correlacional y diseño fue el Experimental de tipo Pre-Test y post-Test con un solo grupo. La población la conformó 57 docentes de la Institución Educativa Particular Nuestra Señora de Fátima y la muestra fue 29 docentes de la Institución Educativa Particular Nuestra Señora de Fátima. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario de preguntas. El análisis de los datos se realizó empleando la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de cada variable y la estadística inferencial paramétrica t de student. El resultado de la investigación demostró que: El Liderazgo Transformacional influye en el Clima Institucional en Docentes de la Institución Educativa Particular Nuestra Señora de Fátima, Belén 2021.

The objective of the research was: To determine the influence of Transformational Leadership on the Institutional Climate in Teachers of the Private Educational Institution Nuestra Señora de Fátima, Belén 2021. The research was of the Correlational type and the design was the Experimental Pre-Test and post-Test with a single group. The population was made up of 57 teachers from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima Private Educational Institution and the sample was 29 teachers from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima Private Educational Institution. The technique used in data collection was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics for the study of each variable and parametric inferential statistics for student's t. The result of the research showed that: Transformational Leadership influences the Institutional Climate in Teachers of the Private Educational Institution Nuestra Señora de Fátima, Belén 2021.
