The behavior in time of covid 19 of the degree of indebtedness of the small business of the Loreto Region 2020, that the medium-sized company has received the highest percentage of resources being 295.6 million nuevos soles, representing 55.25%; referring to the small company receiving 132.9 million soles representing a percentage of 24.84% and referring to the micro company a percentage of resources of 11.58 million soles representing a percentage of 2.16% The behavior of the portfolio of the financial system with the REACTIVA PERU program in times of covid 19 in the Loreto Region in 2020, it is concluded that the financial system has grown by 29.11%, a rate higher than the growth of the country that was 13, 12%. This meant the income of 588.5 million soles to companies in their different sizes. Of this greater credit that entered the economy of the Loreto Region, almost all of it was channeled through multiple banks, representing 96.67%. taking a reduced participation to the municipal savings banks. The market share of the financial system has had a significant change from multiple banks from 76.07% to 80.71%. Analyzing the growth of loans granted, almost granted, almost all of them were delivered in national currency, 98.94%, which has generated a dynamic without impacting the exchange rate. This decision to grant in national currency was partly in order not to create a significant supply of the dollar and not to move the exchange rate. In an analysis of the financial institutions that granted the most loans, the bank BBVA PERU was with 466.2 million soles representing 81.95%, the second bank that made the most credit placements in the region was the bank SCOTIABANK PERU with 40.4 million soles
