The present investigation is elaborated based on the application of orality in the Mayan civil courts as a process of procedural discharge - IQUITOS 2021. This investigation departed from the problem. The application of orality in civil processes in the courts of Maynas, beneficiary as a process of discharge loads? And the objective was: to determine whether the application of orality in the civil processes of Maynas, it would be beneficiary as a process of procedural discharge. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The population was formed by 50 litigation lawyers of the province of Maynas, the sample was formed by 44 litigating lawyers. The design that was used in the present investigation is the "non-experimental transactional". For the statistical analysis, the descriptive statistics was used, for the study of the variables independently and for the hypothesis demonstration, the Chile square Parametric (X2) was used. The results indicated that: the application of orality in the Mayan Civil processes, if it would benefit the procedural discharge in the Mayan civil courts. Having determined the above, we can then indicate that it would be feasible to incorporate a chapter into the Civil Procedural Code where it is established entirely specifications on oral litigation in civil processes in order to regulate it by law to have an application in the Mayan civil courts and is of compulsory application, not only in the 2nd civil judgment of Maynas, Iquitos, 2021.
