Abstract: OBJETIVO: Determinar los factores asociados al embarazo de adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto.
METODOLOGÍA: Estudio descriptivo, no experimental, transversal prospectivo.
RESULTADOS: en el aspecto social, la mayoría de adolescentes tienen 16 años (33.3%), 1.3% tienen 13 años, 89.3% tienen secundaria, 78.7% proceden del área urbana, 66% son solteras y (97.3%) están desocupadas, vivienda de material rustico (76.7%), 49.3% tiene servicios básicos. En las Características culturales, se determinó que la mayoría de adolescentes (60%) no tuvieron antecedente de familiar con embarazo adolescente, el 25.3% su mama, y el 7.3 % su prima. El embarazo no fue planificado (98%). Porque se embarazo justo por que tuvo relaciones sin protección (62%) y el 20.7 % siguió el modelo de su amiga. La comunicación en temas de sexualidad. En el hogar no se trata del tema (64%) se habla poco del tema (24.7%) y las Características sexuales, 4.7% de adolescentes tuvieron relaciones sexuales a los 12 años, 28% a los 14 años, 46% a los 15 años y 16% a los 16 años. El número de parejas, la mayoría tuvieron 2 parejas sexuales 38%, solo el 21% tuvieron una pareja, el 17.3% tuvieron cuatro parejas sexuales. uso métodos anticonceptivos antes de embarazarse solo el 24.7%. Comportamiento de la pareja respecto al uso de preservativo solo usa a veces el 36.7%. Percepción respecto a la planificación familiar los hablaron del tema la abuela el 23.3% y nadie lo oriento el 38.7%.
