Abstract

Se conoce desde muchos años que la cocona fue una fruta muy comercializada en los mercados de la ciudad de Iquitos. Y en tiempos actuales su nivel de consumo se incrementó debido a su sabor, su tradición en los platos típicos y sobre todo por el alto contenido cítrico que se relaciona al cuidado de salud. El comercio de esta fruta, señala una importante demanda, ya sean estos por los mercados locales de la región amazónica o por otras ciudades del Perú. En el aspecto técnico, la principal fuente de abastecimiento será de la localidad de Pebas, que tiene una distancia de 161 km, y se puede llegar en 4 horas en Ferry. El plan de negocio se dedicará a la producción, distribución que serán tercerizadas y administradas por una organización, y la comercialización estarán administradas bajo nuestra responsabilidad. Los resultados económicos y financieros señalan una rentabilidad del negocio con un índice B/C de 1.82%, TIR Económico de 123% y TIR Financiero de 166%; así mismo un índice de B/C 4.97%.
