This investigation started from the problem: Can the unlimited flexibility of the principles of congruence, estoppel and procedural eventuality in family judicial processes affect the right to due process? And the objective was: To determine if the unlimited flexibility of the principles of congruence, estoppel and procedural eventuality in family judicial processes affects the violation of the right to due process. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The population was made up of lawyers from the Province of Maynas in the Department of Loreto. The sample included 25 registered lawyers specialized in Civil and Family Matters and 5 magistrates among Judges and Civil and Family Prosecutors. The design used was non-experimental, correlational. The research method was Scientific - Descriptive - Explanatory. The results indicated that: The unlimited flexibility of the principles of congruence, estoppel and procedural eventuality in family judicial processes affects the violation of the right to due process.
