This thesis has been entitled "Distance work affects the constitutional right to the ordinary working day, in the city of Iquitos, April to September 2020" The objective that we have raised in our investigation was "To determine if remote work affects the Constitutional Law to the ordinary working day, in the city of Iquitos, in the period from April to September of the year 2020". The present investigation is of the Explanatory type because it worked with two variables, a first that is independent and that is constituted by the second that is called dependent variable. The design corresponded to a non-experimental, cross-sectional investigation that generates a cause - effect relationship. The population sample was made up of 35 people who had performed remote work or telework on the dates and location of the study. The technique used in data collection was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The general results allowed determining that frequently in the execution of remote work, in its modalities of telework or remote work, in the city of Iquitos, in the period from April to September of the year 2020, the Constitutional Right to the ordinary working day, since in these modalities the workers report having worked days of more than 08 hours a day without being able to exercise their right to digital disconnection and without recognition or additional payment for overtime or overtime work, corroborated with the proof chi square statistic.
