The present research thesis is conceived from the ideal that the hearings scheduled for one hour in the Courts are carried out precisely within that same schedule. However, the untimeliness in the beginning of the hearings is a recurrent problem in the Civil Courts of Iquitos, and not only in the Civil Courts, we also see it in other Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto, and this is due to the work overload of the judges and the delay in the presentation of the procedural parties, causing damages to the procedural parties, such as the loss of time, the affectation to their economy and the delay of the judicial process. For this reason, we formulated the general question "What is the level of compliance with the holding of hearings within the established timetable according to article 203 of the Code of Civil Procedure?", with the main objective of analyzing the level of compliance with the holding of hearings within the established timetable according to article 203 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Within our work we will analyze the causes that generate the untimeliness in the beginning of the hearings and the level of compliance of the realization of the hearings in the hours established in Article 203 of the Civil Procedural Code in Iquitos. The work has a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The design is non-experimental, transectional or transversal, it is "non-experimental". The population is the trial lawyers of the Loreto Bar Association and the sample consisted of 60 lawyers of the Loreto Bar Association, who were surveyed. The present work used a chi-square test analysis and concluded that there is a moderate level of compliance with Article 203 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The main causes of unpunctuality in the hearings are the lack of organization of the courts, the judges' work overload and the delay in the presentation of the procedural parties.
