Propuesta de desarrollo de una solución tecnológica para la unidad de registro de estado civil de la municipalidad distrital de Yavarí 2021

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como título: “PROPUESTA DE DESARROLLO DE UNA SOLUCION TECNOLOGICA PARA LA UNIDAD DE REGISTRO DE ESTADO CIVIL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE YAVARI 2021”. En la actualidad, los procesos de registros de la unidad Registro de estado civil se encuentran automatizados contando con un sistema independiente llamado Global Edition pero tiene un inconveniente no se encuentran todas las actas registrales de los años de 1930 a 2013 en la base de datos del RENIEC, es por ello que el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica, permitirá realizar las consultas de actas registrales digitalizadas disminuyendo el indicador tiempo de atención al ciudadano; y que también contará con reportes mensuales de cuantas actas hayan sido expedidos, disminuyendo en tiempo de la búsqueda física de dichas actas registrales. Para el desarrollo de propuesta de solución, se utilizó la metodología de proceso unificado RUP, para el diseño se propone UML y SQL como Gestor de Base de Datos para almacenar la información personal y las actas registrales digitalizadas para cada uno de los pobladores. Lo que pretendo con el desarrollo de esta solución tecnológica está en incrementar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que consultan y pagan por sus actas registrales, así como, reducir el tiempo de las colas durante la atención, con el fin de agilizar el proceso de Registro Civil de la Municipalidad Distrital de Yavarí.

The development of this professional sufficiency work is entitled: "PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION FOR THE CIVIL STATUS REGISTRATION UNIT OF THE YAVARI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY 2021". At present, the registration processes of the Civil Status Registry unit are automated with an independent system called Global Edition, but it has a drawback: not all the registration records from the years 1930 to 2013 are found in the database of the RENIEC, that is why the development of a technological solution will allow the consultation of digitized registration records, reducing the time of attention to the citizen; and that it will also have monthly reports of how many records have been issued, decreasing the time of the physical search for said records. For the development of the solution proposal, the RUP unified process methodology was used, for the design UML and SQL are proposed as Database Manager to store personal information and digitized registry records for each of the inhabitants. What I intend with the development of this technological solution is to increase the level of satisfaction of users who consult and pay for their registration records, as well as to reduce the time of queues during service, in order to streamline the process of Civil Registry of the District Municipality of Yavarí.
